What CaptureCore is — and is not.

Plain statements of scope, so nobody buys this product with the wrong expectations.

Not a government site, not affiliated

CaptureCore is an independent, privately operated product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by SAM.gov, the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA), the General Services Administration (GSA), FedConnect, PIEE, or any other government agency or system. Names of government systems appear in the product solely to identify where official actions happen.

CaptureCore does not submit bids

All offers, quotes, and proposals are submitted by you, in the official government channel the solicitation names — SAM.gov, GSA eBuy, FedConnect, PIEE, an agency portal, or the specified email address — under your own accounts. CaptureCore prepares packages, checklists, and handoff links, and records the receipts you bring back. It never transmits an offer on your behalf, never automates portal logins, and never asks for your government portal credentials.

No guarantee of awards

CaptureCore does not guarantee that you will win contracts, receive awards, or achieve any particular business outcome. Match scores, readiness statuses, and AI guidance are informational aids derived from your stored data and public notice data — they are not predictions, promises, or professional advice.

The official record controls

Opportunity data shown in CaptureCore may lag or differ from the official source. The solicitation document and the official government portals always control what is required, when it is due, and what was received. Verify against the official notice before acting on anything CaptureCore shows you.

Not legal or professional advice

Nothing in CaptureCore — including glossary definitions, guides, readiness checks, and AI Navigator responses — is legal, accounting, or professional procurement advice. For binding questions about a solicitation, ask the Contracting Officer; for legal questions, consult counsel.

Two things are always free

Registering your business on SAM.gov and applying for SBA certifications are free through the official government sites. CaptureCore charges for its workspace, never for access to those registrations.
