Terms of Service

The working terms, in plain language.

These are the operative terms of using CaptureCore today. A formal terms-of-service document reviewed by counsel is in progress and will replace this page; nothing in it will contradict the commitments below.

The service

CaptureCore is a subscription workspace for finding, scoring, tracking, and preparing federal contracting bids. It is a tool for organizing your own capture work — it is not a bid-submission service, not a broker, and not a government system.

Subscriptions and billing

Two plans: Starter at $50/month and Pro at $100/month, billed monthly through Stripe. You can switch plans or cancel at any time from the in-app billing portal; access to paid features ends when your subscription is no longer active. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter (including profile identifiers and self-reported certifications), for verifying every requirement against the official solicitation, and for submitting your offers in the official government channels under your own accounts. You may not use CaptureCore to misrepresent your business, to store credentials for government systems, or to violate any law or solicitation term.

What we do not promise

CaptureCore does not guarantee contract awards, does not warrant that opportunity data is complete or current relative to the official source, and does not provide legal or professional advice. AI features produce informational guidance grounded in your stored data; you remain responsible for every decision and submission.

Data and privacy

Your workspace data is scoped to your company and handled as described on the Privacy page. You retain ownership of the content you enter; we use it only to operate the service for you.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the product evolves; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date. Questions about these terms can be raised through the email address on your billing receipt. (A dedicated support address is being set up and will be published here.)
